Wellness Circles
Gentle yoga, breathwork, sound healing and energy work — to realign and restore.
A soft corner between home and work — where community meets calm, and wellness meets intention.
Not home.
Not work.
Something in between.
TPT — The Pulse Theory — is rooted in the idea that we all need more than just places to exist. We need spaces that make us feel alive, connected and understood.
Not home. Not work. But something in between — a shared pulse. A space that holds you, even on your quietest days.
Here, we slow down, breathe deeper, create freely and connect meaningfully. A modern sanctuary for people, ideas, energy and belonging.

The idea behind TPT is inspired by human connection beyond routines and responsibilities.
While the “Third Place Theory”, introduced by sociologist Ray Oldenburg in the 1980s, focused on spaces beyond home and work, The Pulse Theory evolves that idea for a new generation.
TPT is not only about where people gather. It is about what they feel when they do.
Dongle & Co is reimagining the modern third place by curating environments where work, wellness and community overlap. Together, we are turning a sociological idea into a lived, evolving experience.

Gentle yoga, breathwork, sound healing and energy work — to realign and restore.

Art journaling, mindful painting and hands-on crafts — no pressure to be “good”, just present.

Tea circles, silent hours, gardening and slow conversations under open skies.

Shared breakfasts, journaling nights, pop-ups and soulful collaborations.

We're conditioned to rush, to perform, to always be “on.”
TPT exists to help you reconnect — with your body, your creativity, your people.
It's not just about events. It's about creating spaces where people feel held, heard and whole.
“This is the space between — where your presence is enough.”
Reconnect with your body, calm the mind and restore balance through mindful yoga practices designed for everyday healing, flexibility and inner peace.

Join our guided yoga sessions focused on healing, flexibility, mindfulness and inner balance in a calming community environment.
